We would like to inform customers that Rivet Cloud Hosting will be discontinuing its hosting services.
As part of this process, all hosting infrastructure will be gradually decommissioned and no new services are being offered. Existing customers have been contacted directly regarding their individual service termination dates and migration requirements.
Customers are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that all data, backups, and configurations are migrated to another provider before their service termination date. Any data remaining on servers after termination will be permanently removed and will not be recoverable.
If you have received a termination notice and require access details in order to retrieve your data during the notice period, please open a support ticket through the client area.
